But along with her newly pregnant figure, Kim Kardashian seems to have developed a more modest approach to dressing.

The reality star covered herself in a billowing sheer tunic dress, which she wore under a waterfall jacket and over a pair of white leggings.

Kim was joined by her friend Jonathan Cheban as they spent a day wandering around the shops in Miami.

Kim, 32, only recently left the Florida city after completing filming her reality show, but returned over the weekend for a bikini photoshoot on the beach.

Meanwhile she and her boyfriend Kanye West are looking forward to the birth of their first child in June.
